If you seek a family holiday destination, Ammouda Villas will meet all your expectations for sure! Our luxury complex is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Greece, Trani Ammouda of Chalkidiki. Offering our own private beach exclusively for our guests along with a great variety of activities, you will absolutely enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

On our sandy beach, you can swim, play games, build sandcastles, or do water sports. We even have our own canoe and SUP! Moreover, we provide our own bikes free of charge, a table football game, a ping-pong table, and a playground.

We also offer several amenities upon request with extra costs, such as hot air balloon rides, diving activities, and horse riding. In addition, we are proud to organise trips to Mount Athos, which is a breathtaking experience.

Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly complex for up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. Up to 5 Kgs for the Double Rooms or up to 35 kgs for the Sea View Villas, with full responsibility of the owners and always with a leash outdoors and an extra cost of €20,00/night or €30,00/night/2 pets, providing you lots of pet amenities, such as a yummy treat at the check in, two bowls for food and water, a pet toy, a pet mat and waste disposal bags. Furthermore, Pet Grooming Salon can be reserved during your stay.

The compex reserves the right to charge the guests for any damages that may occur by the pets.
