Ammouda Villas offer 6 luxury villas for rent. 5 Sea View Villas are 120 m² with two floors, can accommodate up to 6 people and have a wonderful view of the sea. Next to each villa, there is an autonomous double room (double bed, bathroom, air condition, flat TV, mini fridge) with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional guests, totaling 8 people per villa. The design of the villas with their double room is ideal for larger groups and families. In case the double rooms are not rented with villas, only then are free for rent, ideally for couples. We also have a beautiful Ground Floor Villa of 50m² for 4 people with garden view.

Ammouda Villas are located in the bay of Trani Ammouda (Livrochio) just 20 meters from our beautiful private beach. The turquoise, clear waters along with its golden sand have brought it out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Halkidiki. Our location is ideal for families as it combines easy and close access to the beach while giving you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area as well.
