Ammouda Villas’ Environmental Policy for Ecological Consciousness, Energy Waste and Sustainable Growth

All buildings are very well-insulated from the roof to the ground floor and well-designed, to provide year-round significant comfort to the visitors, reducing energy emissions of heating and cooling

• We use aluminum frame systems with double-glazing and Low E glazed windows reducing radiation and conduction for energy efficiency
• We use led lighting all over the complex
• We placed recycle bins in every Villa
• We suggest a careful usage of water in Villas
• We use solar panels for hot water reducing electricity
• We installed and implement biological waste water treatment purifying the water and we also recycle the rain water, both ending to a 100m³ tank for gardens watering
• We suggest to use the air conditions to the eco or sleeping mode
• We installed a blink electric vehicle charger of 22kW
• We change all linens every 3 days
• We use fabrics of 100% cotton
• We use green materials throughout the complex
• We use ecological cleaning, sanitation and disinfectant products
• We don’t use synthetic or chemical fertilizers, pesticides or hormones in our gardens, but ONLY organic agricultural products

Location

“Ammouda Villas” is located in the bay of Trani Ammouda (Livrohio) just 20 meters from our beautiful private beach. The turquoise clear waters along with its golden sand have brought it out to one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Halkidiki. Our location is ideal for families as it combines easy and close access to the beach while giving you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area as well.

At a distance of 1km, you will find the small harbor of Ormos Panagias where you can eat fresh fish at the local taverns, whereas you should not miss the chance to take a tour with one of the available boats around Mount Athos.
