Villas Framed by Sea and Landscape
The property comprises six villas, designed to suit different kinds of stays. Five spacious Sea View Villas extend across two floors and measure approximately 120 square metres each. They accommodate up to six guests and offer open views of the sea, with Mount Athos on the horizon.
Separate, 6 fully self-contained Double Rooms, including a Deluxe Double Room, can be added to a villa, increasing the capacity of a combined unit to as many as eight guests. This option is particularly suited to families or groups travelling together. Booked separately, the rooms can also offer an independent retreat for couples. A smaller, single-level villa of approximately 50 square metres accommodates up to four guests and offers garden views and a private veranda for a more intimate, nature-focused stay.
Indoors and outdoors flow naturally into one another. Terraces, verandas and garden areas extend the living space into the landscape. The architecture is deliberately understated: no grand gestures, just a quiet frame for the setting.
